Nothing to Fear

 Nothing To Fear
May 21, 2013

We are all our own worst enemies and critics. Don't be so hard on yourself. Life can present some serious challenges at times. It is not unusual to work continuously hard for things and when the goal is finally met we panic and moving forward becomes a chore. Success can be crippling. Often the journey is more important than the final destination. When a goal is reached there can be a sense of emptiness. But do not allow the fear of the unknown detour you from setting the goal that much higher. There is no limits to what we can do. The journey does not have to end. There will always be another mountain to get over, stay focused and keep climbing.

The Road Less Traveled

The Road Less Traveled

It is so much easier to succumb to negativity and extremely simple to engage in a war. It takes a bigger person to rise above insults and turn the other cheek. Do not look at this as a sign of weakness. No matter what is dished out rise above the taunts. It takes more energy and power to give love in return after you have only received hate. But flex your muscles with kindness kick back, with a wink and a grin. Make sure you understand your weapon holds no power unless it comes from a pure heart with the best intentions.

The high road is the road less traveled, but there is solitude and fortitude on its graveled path. Seek knowledge through engagement of your enemies, if you are able to get inside their thoughts you will be able to find a peaceful solution to your trials.

Understand that some things have no solvable equations. Put faith in finding peace from within. No one can invade your church if your weapon is love. These actions speak louder than any propaganda, even if it appears you have lost the battle. The true survivors are the ones left smiling after our enemies have given up their fight.
